Is Mai free to use?
Yes. Each day you get free readings. When they run out, come back tomorrow or get in touch for more.
Do I need an account?
Not required. You can draw as a guest. Signing in keeps your journal synced across devices and usually gives a few more readings a day.
Is tarot accurate?
Tarot is a mirror for your feelings and choices, not a prophecy. A reading offers a calmer perspective — the decision is always yours.
What do reversed cards mean?
A reversed card often hints that its energy is turned inward, blocked for now, or asks for extra attention — not something bad. You can turn reversals on or off before a reading.
Can I change my card of the day?
Your daily card is fixed for the day, just for you — a message to sit with. Tomorrow brings a new one. You can log a mood and a few lines for the day.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your journal is visible only to you. We never sell data. IP addresses (if used for abuse prevention) are one-way hashed, never stored raw.
Does Mai replace therapy?
No. Mai is a gentle companion, not a medical or psychological service. If you are struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or a professional.
