Mai offers tarot for self-reflection and relaxation. Its content is not prescriptive medical, legal or financial advice.
Age
The service is for people aged 16 or older, or with a guardian’s consent.
Fair use
You agree not to abuse the service, bypass reading limits (including creating multiple accounts to reset free readings), or use it for harmful purposes. Violations may lead to restricted access.
Free readings & top-ups
Each day you get a number of free readings that reset daily. When they run out, you can buy extra readings (credits) by bank transfer via the SePay gateway. Price and credit amounts follow the rates shown at the time of purchase; purchased readings are added to your account, never expire, and are only usable on maitarot.
Failed readings are not charged
If a reading fails due to a technical error (lost connection, AI outage, etc.), the corresponding reading or credit is refunded automatically — you are never charged for it.
Refund policy
Because readings are a digital product delivered instantly, top-ups are generally non-refundable once credits are added to your account. If you transferred money but did not receive the credits due to a system error, contact us within 7 days with your transfer reference (like MAI…) so we can reconcile and credit or refund you. Unpaid orders expire after 7 days.
Changes
We may update features and terms. Important changes will be announced on the site.
