What we store
When you sign in: email and basic profile. When you draw: your question, cards and reading (to keep your private journal). For guests: a hash derived from your IP to limit readings — never the raw IP.
How we use it
To run the service, keep your journal, prevent abuse and improve the experience. We do not sell data to third parties.
AI readings
Your question and cards are sent to an AI model provider to generate the reading. We prefer providers whose policy is not to train on your data where possible.
Payments
When you top up, we store order details (amount, credits, transfer reference, status, time) to reconcile and add your credits. The bank transfer is handled by the payment gateway (SePay) and your bank; we never receive or store your card number, OTP or bank login. Your credit balance is tied to your account.
Abuse prevention
To limit free readings fairly, we store a one-way hash of your email (for signed-in users) or a device identifier (for guests) — never your raw email or IP. This is used only to count daily readings and to prevent creating multiple accounts to reset free readings.
Your rights
You can request to view or delete your data by contacting us, or export/delete it yourself under Settings.
